We are looking for a talented and self-motivated individual in a hybrid Project Manager /System Analyst role to join Investment Operations Systems team.

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for Project deliveries within agreed constraints of time, cost, scope, and quality. You will cooperate closely with application architects, developers, analysts, quality assurance and surrounding Infrastructure teams in the project. The ability to estimate, plan and adapt to achieve the relevant deadlines is important.


As a System Analyst, you will contribute to all phases of the software development lifecycle from requirement gathering to application deployment. The ability to collaborate, lead, and keep all project members focus, on track and informed is essential.

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate project communication - develop communication plans and execute them to keep all involved parties aligned (development teams, business teams, vendors, etc.)
• Help define and maintain project roadmap, release plan and development priorities accordingly
• Maintain project tools and documentation traceability (tasks, delivery plan, scope changes, etc.)
• Facilitate collection of new business requirements and effort estimation for upcoming initiatives
• Work with business analysts, technical leaders, developers, architects, test leads towards providing efficient solutions which meet needs of the business
• Ensure SDLC methodology is followed for the project in accordance with company standards and guidelines
• Manage project and team - plan, secure resources, coordinate project schedule and dependencies, track project status and drive it forward
• Tailor the process to meet projects needs and ensuring continuous process improvement

Qualifications:

• Degree in Computer Science or Management Information Systems, and/or equivalent work experience 4 to 6 + years
• Ability to independently manage, organize and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities
• Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to communicate technical issues in a clear way
• Very strong problem solving / analytical skills and good negotiation skills
• Project Management skills (Agile and water fall methodologies) is required, including knowledge of the Project Life Cycle / SDLC
• Experience with development tracking and collaboration tools (JIRA and Confluence)
• Experience working with distributed teams
• Experience in business requirements translations for IT teams

Nice to Have:

• Experience in process improvement
• Scrum master experience
• Knowledge of design, code, and test framework architecture
• SQL experience
• Knowledge of non-functional testing, including performance and security
