Job DescriptionResearch Assistant needed for clinical studies related to Asthma and Allergy. The Research Assistant will be expected to conduct clinic and home visits throughout Boston and surrounding area. Clinic visits will entail implementation of protocol activities such as questionnaire administration, anthropometric measurements, Pulmonary Function Tests and bronchodilator administration, all of which will require on site certification. They will collaborate with the study laboratory to coordinate sample collection and shipments that will also require additional certification. Apart from subject visits and sample handling, the RA will also assist with scheduling, participant tracking and data entry/management.Required SkillsWe are looking for an individual with interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills. This person must be organized, have a great work ethic and should be able to work independently and in a team setting. This person must be comfortable working with adult participants as well as children . 1-3 years of experience and Bachelor's degree required. Bilingual (Spanish) is a requirement.
