RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Salesforce Technical and Solutions Architect in Boston, MA.
Summary:
We are seeking a Salesforce Technical and Solutions Architect to help build and support our Salesforce platform and work closely with the business teams and developers to implement the best solution for their needs. As a member of the Sales Enablement Systems team, you will be responsible for managing our Salesforce platforms, implementing solutions, and overseeing the work of the development team. This position is based in Boston and offers a hybrid working environment.
Responsibilities:
Salesforce Technical and Solutions Architect will participate in hands-on requirement-gathering, configuration, and development of solutions as needed (both functional and non-functional projects)
Manage and lead overall system architecture of Salesforce.com, including schema, system interactions and integrations, usage of objects and fields, data flows, and internal business logic
Represent Salesforce.com in terms of technical capabilities and current architecture to both the business and internal teams
Salesforce Technical and Solutions Architect will design and maintain policies and procedures relating to Salesforce.com, including deployment, technical documentation, quality assurance/code review, change control, archiving policy, security, systems audits and critical updates, etc.
Analyze business problems and architect overall solutions that align with business goals and priorities
Work with the Security and Data Governance teams to ensure solution compliance
Salesforce Technical and Solutions Architects provide overall estimates of effort and build high-level specifications
Lead development by assigning resources, translating business use cases and stories to project tasks and solution execution
REQUIREMENTS:
10+ years of process/system implementation experience and 7+ years with hands on experience with Salesforce.com and Marketing Campaign platforms
Experience with a Multi-Channel/Territory environment with 300+ users (Financial Services preferred) on Lightning platform
Experience with multi-SFDC instance Management (Development, UAT, Production) for development and deployment needs
Solid understanding of all stages of agile development and deployment for Salesforce platform
Experience with Visual Studio Code and Git repository for development and release management and repository migration using tools like Gearset
Experience with, and proponent of change management processes
Understanding of the Role Hierarchy and the SFDC sharing model, Profile/Permission Set management, SQL, SOQL, Apex, Lightning Web Components, Apex Triggers and Batch Jobs, outlook plugin
Dedicated work ethic and proactive in solving business and technical issues
Experience using bulk data load technique using the apex data loader or Validity's Demand Tools
Experience working with internal teams on controls related to Security, Audit and Data Governance
Desire to work in a fast-paced delivery-focused environment
Strong business, problem solving, and analytical skills
Experience/Skills Preferred:
Computer Science degree or equivalent experience required
Currently Salesforce.com certified with Salesforce Platform Developer I and Advanced Developer (II). Salesforce Certified Application Architect and Salesforce Certified System Architect preferred
Knowledge of ETL tool like Informatica Cloud is helpful, but not required
