Ranked 31 among national universities, Boston College has 758 full-time and 1,096 FTE faculty, 2,750 non-faculty employees, an operating budget of $956 million, and an endowment in excess of $2.2 billion.Job DescriptionTheSenior Financial Analyst, Endowment reports to the Accounting Manager, and isresponsible for key accounting and reporting functions within the Endowment &Restricted Funds Department. Thesefunctions include oversight of all investment, endowment and life incomeaccounting, as well as endowment system administration. This position serves as a key liaison betweenthe Controller’s Office and departments throughout the University to resolveissues and answer questions regarding specific gift and endowment funds. In addition, this position works closely withthe Senior Endowment/Investment Accountant, Endowment & Restricted Funds toprovide guidance and review in accounting for the University’s endowment.Full-Time Equivalent Hiring Range: $72,600 to $90,750; salary commensurate with relevant experience.RequirementsTheposition requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Master’s and CPA,preferred; and a minimum of four to five years progressively responsibleaccounting experience, including experience with non-profit institutionalaccounting or public accounting firm.
