job summary:

Working directly with the Director of the IT portfolio, the Senior Project Manager will execute project management for strategic projects that deliver business value to the company and our clients. This role will focus 50% on the Human Resources portfolio and 50% on the Regulatory portfolio. As a senior member of the team, the Senior Project Manager will partner with stakeholders at all levels, leveraging a deep knowledge of the asset management industry to deliver complete business solutions. Initiatives typically are multi-year, cross-functional efforts with significant resource and monetary investment. This position will be expected to oversee and manage the complete lifecycle of projects including oversight for all business, operations and technical efforts and related budgets. Work closely with agile teams to deliver technology solutions to achieve business goals. The Senior Project Manager will institute an open and transparent communication environment for all project efforts across project team members, stakeholders and sponsors.

responsibilities:




  • Provide strong project management skills to organize key stakeholders, identify work streams, build project plans and maintain transparency into the work
  • Proactively identify risks and resolve issues in a timely manner; Escalate as appropriate
  • Facilitate working group session and steering committee meetings
  • Build strong relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders across the company globally
  • Create and monitor project and general maintenance financials on going

Further the business goals of the company through the direct management and execution of best-in-class projects/solutions for the company's leveraging agile practices



  • Identify technology delivery best practices and incorporate within the portfolio project teams
  • Create effective communications for senior leaders on portfolio progress
