Senior Systems Designer

CD PROJEKT RED is seeking an ambitious, highly skilled Senior Systems Designer to join the growing team onsite in our Boston Hub! You will contribute to fulfilling the game vision through owning game systems that span many aspects of the game. If you enjoy solving complex design challenges, collaborating with others, and creating memorable role-playing experiences, then this position is for you! The person in this role will report to the Lead Systems Designer.ResponsibilitiesWork closely with the Lead Systems Designer, Design Director, and other disciplines to deliver engaging game systems.Design, implement, and manage game and world systems such as crowd, population management, economy, items, and many more.Ensure that designs are clear with thorough documentation, collaborative meetings, and effective communication across the team.Act as a subject matter expert, championing systems design by sharing knowledge with the rest of the team.Work with your lead to grow and mentor less experienced members of the design team.Proactively engage in the exchange of feedback and ideas across multiple disciplines.
