RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Software Engineering Manager in Boston, MA, with the possibility of being remote.
Our client is seeking a hands-on Software Engineering Manager to lead a talented 5-person team of developers building complex and innovative solutions used in the financial services industry. This is an exciting opportunity to apply your depth of knowledge and expertise to all aspects of the software development lifecycle, as well as partner with many stakeholders to reach company goals. You'll work in a collaborative environment that encourages diversity of thought and creative solutions that are in the best interests of customers globally.
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's/Master's in Computer Science or related disciplines
Relevant experience in managing software design, development and testing
Strong people management skills with the ability to lead a high performing team of full stack software engineers
Ability to articulate the design with architects and discuss strategy/requirements with teams
Knowledge of Java, Python or Node.js is preferred
Knowledge of React.js is preferred
