Job Description

This company is looking for a Senior UX Design Architect to join their Cambridge office. As a member of the UX team, you will be working with cutting-edge technology covering a wide range of parts, such as design, interaction, research, code development, and analytics, to showcase your skills in the manufacturing world. Your role as a senior designer will be leading a team where you will be working to design and execute innovative digital experiences to deliver new innovative methods that could lead to interactive experiences. Required Skills & Experience

  • 10+ years of proven track record working in a UI/UX design-focused role
  • Solves complex problems; takes a broad perspective to identify solutions
  • Develop departmental plans, including business, production and/or organizational priorities
  • Keeps management informed of schedules, priorities, and problems
  • Complete mastery of most Design, prototyping and wireframing tools

What You Will Be Doing

Daily Responsibilities
  • Manage staff to include hiring, performance management, salary administration, career development, motivation, and teambuilding.
  • Monitor software development projects throughout the entire process.
  • Support systems analysis and design to support projects and requests-data analysis, business process analysis, hardware, and software analysis.
