Title: Sr Technical Project Manager (Info Security, Cybersecurity & Privacy)
Location: Boston, MA (Initialliy Remote)
Duration: 6 Months
Education Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology (IT), or closely related field. Master’s in Computer Science or related degree
The project manager will have complete responsibility for the day-to-day management of the engagement, including all aspects related to managing our consulting team, resulting in a successful delivery and a satisfied, reference-able client.

Responsibilities:
• Understand complexities of a large program and provide guidance for the development teams.
• Interact with product managers and other organizational units such as QA, operations, and external IT partners.
• Negotiate scope, schedule, and funding with external IT and business partners.
• Establish common goals across multiple teams, and define useful metrics and reporting to track team performance.
• Manage milestones across multiple teams.
• Lead teams of engineers through the completion of all phases of the project.

Qualifications:
• 10+ years of project management experience with a top tier bank, consulting firm and/or software company leading projects valued at $1M or greater
• 5+ years of experience in Info Security banking
• Knowledge of InfoSec platforms, CrowdStrike, Deep Security, Zscaler, Microsoft Defender for Identity, CyberArk, Sailpoint, Varonis, Forcepoint, Splunk, Cofence, Anomali, DLP, etc.
• Power user of office automation and project management tools including MS Powerpoint, MS Project, and Visio
• Highly proficient in collaborating with project stakeholders, end-users, business partners, and technical team members to deliver high quality projects.
• Hands on with project documentation. Well-versed in industry best-practices and current technologies.
• Must have prior background in managing large, multi-team engagements.
• Understanding of systems development methodologies. Ability to direct and manage business partners, technology resources, subject matter experts, user interface design, QA, UAT, and all other groups involved in the end-to-end process needed to define, design and deploy product capabilities
• Excellent leadership, interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
• BA/BS IT/ Computer Science, MIS, Economics, Finance, Operations Management, or a related discipline
Preferred skills:
• Bi-lingual Spanish/English is preferred
• MBA or related graduated degree is preferred

Responsibilities:
Requires advanced expertise in stored procedure programming, data modeling, replication, performance monitoring and optimization, and database administration. Collaborate effectively in a small, fast-paced, team environment. Assist in designing .Net data tier components for multiple multi-tiered systems using Microsoft and/or Oracle and Java technologies. Estimate database/data tier development efforts. Design and optimize database schemas for a variety of applications and processes. Work with developers and system architects to design high performance, highly reliable data systems. Document and implement data tier/database Standards and Operational Procedures (SOPs). Design and implement Data Access Layers (DAL) components using Stored Procedures. Ensure developers use good coding techniques in both application development and stored procedures (database and DAL code review process) Interface with infrastructure teams to ensure monitoring and appropriate maintenance procedures are followed. 10+ years relevant work experience required.
Top 3 Qualifications
• Implemented strategies for enterprise data warehouse/lake or database architectures and consulted on migrating, integrating and selecting platforms for a variety of wide-impact applications
• Experience with design, engineering and/or implementation of relational & non-relational technologies (Oracle, SQL Server, MongoDB, Hadoop, Snowflake, etc.)•
Knowledgeable in performance considerations for complex, distributed and/or cloud-based environments and aware of industry benchmarks for multiple technology environments.
