Job Description:JOB DESCRIPTIONThe Treasury Solutions Analyst (TSA) role will be partnered with Treasury Sales Officer(s) (TSO) focused on developing strategies to grow revenue with a portfolio of large commercial and family office clients in the Northeast. Key accountabilities include: independent focus of treasury sales opportunities, supporting all activities from sale through implementation, ongoing client relationship management, overall driving and attainment of Treasury revenue goals:

Identifying potential solutions to client needs as requested or as a result of needs analysis and identification; being an active sales agent within the portfolio;

Producing pricing/cost benefit models and conferring with the TSO and Management regarding non-standard pricing and negotiation;

Keeping pipeline current; with closed and pending deals;

Accountable for accuracy of sales data within source systems (e.g. Deal Pipeline, client plans, call reports, GTS-BI, Navigator, etc.), and other sales tracking systems which may be developed;

Assuming responsibility for follow-up and resolution of problems referred;

Assisting clients in navigating the bank by liaising with the Client Service, Fulfillment, and other partner teams;

Preparing account schematics, proposal documents and sales presentations;

Partner with Fulfillment team to ensure timely delivery of Treasury Solutions to our clients and post-sale satisfaction;

Assist in coordinating the KYC process in partnership with CSSOs;

REQUIRED SKILLSMinimum of 1-2 years of Treasury/Cash Management Sales experience; preferred candidates will have experience selling to general industries and wealth management clients.BA Degree Required (Business, Accounting or Finance preferred)Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal and organizational skillsProven ability to develop an independent viewpoint and present a business case to support conclusionsAbility to thrive in a high pace environment and capable of solving problems with little direction,Proven experience working in a team environment with an ability to help influence partners with diverse views towards a consensusDeveloping knowledge of Working Capital Advisory and Treasury Management SolutionsTerritory will be the Upper New England (UNE), United StatesDESIRED SKILLSBachelor's DegreePrevious experience working with Ultra High Net Worth/Private Bank clientsPosting Date : 05/30/2019Location :Boston, MA, 100 FEDERAL ST (MA5100),
