Calling all cheese nerds, cured meat enthusiasts, and beer & wine geeks: American Provisions is hiring full- and part-time staff at our South Boston shop!
Recipient of the Best of Boston 2016 award for Best Cheese Shop, we also represent a badass selection of natural wines, craft beers, charcuterie, local produce, and artisanal grocery items. We love food and we love sharing it with our community.
As a member of our retail team, your responsibilities will include:
- Becoming well-versed in our selection of cheese, meat, beer, wine and other specialty foods
- Greeting customers, answering their questions, and assisting them with their selections
- Crafting espresso drinks, making sandwiches, assembling cheese and charcuterie platters
- Everyday shop tasks (bagging produce, stocking shelves, etc.)
- A little bit of everything!
We're looking for hard workers who thrive in a fast-paced environment, are passionate about food and learning, and want a fun and rewarding workplace.
