We are a small but dedicated new business looking for an additional cook for our busy little kitchen. In addition to running a regular bake off for our two Boston store fronts, we also handle a made-to-order line for our Brighton location, and a brunch service that runs on weekends only.
We are looking for someone cheerful and willing to work, punctual, with good time management. Experience is a bonus, but not a requirement.

Responsibilities
Prepare food items for customers as requested, including special requests, in a timely and consistent manner
Determine food and supply needs based on rotating menus
Inspect food products and supplies as needed
Ensure work environment and stations are clean and sanitized
Check food before it is served to customers
Control and minimize waste
Comply with outlined safety regulations and procedures
Qualifications
Experience is a bonus!
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
Comfortable standing, walking for the duration of shift
Cheerful with good work ethic
Familiarity with general kitchen equipment and applicances
Punctual and respectful
Strong working knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and safety and sanitation practices
Ability to read, comprehend, and follow recipes
