-Must have at least 2 years' experience in the restaurant industry at a managerial level
-Must have full time availability
-Great customer service skills
-Must be able to work late nights and weekends
-Comfortable speaking to guests/tables visits
-Can effectively manage/scheduling 20+ staff members
-Organized
-Works well in a constant changing environment
-Maintains safe, secure, and healthy environment
-Can confidently provide direction to staff
-Can meet deadlines
