This position is our entry level management position, which will allow you to learn our business while giving you the skills to operate one of our stores.
Ideal candidates must have:
-A minimum of 1-2 years experiences in a management position or a minimum of 5 years working in the service industry or a Bachelor degree in related fields.
-2-3 year experience in a suburban restaurant in casual style dining restaurant.
-Profound knowledge of restaurant operations preferably for both front of the house and back of the house operations.
-Willing to commute for training.
-Have a passion to teach others.
-New store opening experience preferred.
-Must be willing to work flexible hours and weekends and holidays.
