A&B Burgers, the award-winning North Shore restaurant from Thomas Holland, is hiring experienced line cooks
Originally, we started as a neighborhood burger joint but then in January of 2016 we expanded our concept and in turn created an American Gastropub. We start with that award-winning burger menu and while continuing the love we have for them, we added small plates, salads and a few killer entrees that allows us to utilize small family farms and farmers markets to stay local and natural. We have a rotating selection of regional and national craft beers, a tequila list like few around and a 50+ bottle wine list to go along with all this great food. In addition we have garage doors as our storefront on Cabot St. Our concept is very unique and we are looking for professionals who thrive in a very busy environment.
Applicants should have minimum 1 year line cooking experience in a high volume environment, be able to work as part of a team, maintain the highest standards and exhibit a track record of longevity.
Preference will be given to candidates with full availability and solid references and MUST be able to work weekends, especially Sundays; as well as a mixture of both opening and closes.
