Hojoko is a fun, high-energy izakaya located in The Verb Hotel in the Fenway Neighborhood of Boston.
We're hiring full-time PM Line Cooks to execute a unique Japanese menu. Cooks will be exposed to a variety of Japanese cooking techniques and ingredients. They are looking for humble, ego-free individuals with a genuinely positive attitude and demeanor who are dependable, focused and hospitality-driven. A minimum of 1 year of high volume service is preferred.
Shift is full time. They ask that applicants are flexible with late-night shifts, as the restaurant is open 7 days a week until 1:30am. Cab fare is provided for late-night cooks.
Pay is $16/hr and up, based on the level of experience and the position.
