Small and busy Italian restaurant looking for Lead Server position 4-5 shifts per week. Must work Thursday, Friday and Saturday shifts. Restaurant is closed on Sundays, shifts start at 3:45 and the kitchen closes at 9PM on the weekdays and 10PM on the weekends. Easy hours and schedule for the right person.
Responsibilities include:
Opening the restaurant properly and on time, checking for overall cleanliess
Closing the restaurant following our closing check list
Handling and coordinating delivery orders over the phone
Using our Reservation app "Resy" to coordinate tables and sections for staff
Train other staff members on restaurant policies and procedures
Lead Server is also responsible for greeting guests, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and checking on guest satisfaction.
Must have:
3+ years of experience in Bartending and Serving. This position is a hybrid of the two and the applicant must know how to bartend.
Italian Wine Knowledge
Live close to Marblehead
Ability to work with a team and follow direction.
