Lead Bartender – East Boston Italian Restaurant
Full-Time 40 hrs/week · Immediate Hire
Seeking one proven Lead Bartender to run the bar on the busiest nights and close the restaurant solo.
Fixed Schedule:
Thursday–Sunday required (all peak shifts)
Potential Saturday/Sunday brunch
One weekday prep/batch shift
Responsibilities:
Batch all cocktails, fresh juices, syrups, garnishes
Full bar prep, open/close, inventory, ordering
Staff check-outs and cash reconciliation
Handle all guest complaints and service recovery
Maintain spotless bar at all times
Train and mentor bar team
Requirements:
2+ years high-volume craft cocktail experience
Expert with Toast POS
Able to confidently close the entire restaurant alone
Professional appearance every shift
Must be 21+, eligible to work in U.S.
You’ll work the best shifts and earn above regular bartenders.
