Felipe’s Taqueria is a high volume restaurant/bar located in the center of Harvard square. We have expanded our rooftop bar to over double its original size and now have over 40 outside tables! Are you the high energy bartender/server we are searching for? Duties will include maintaining all COVID health practices we have in place, cocktail and food service to tables, cashiering duties, and high volume service well bartending if you have the motor and finesse to push out A LOT of drinks. You will need a sense of urgency at all times, a clear head during peak rushes, and the physical hustle required to head up and down two flights of stairs when needed. Lastly and above all else, you must have the ability to provide warm and attentive hospitality even when under pressure. We are looking for the best in Boston.

Nights and weekends are required and weekend closing shifts can end between 1am and 2am. Prior serving and/or bartending experience is required. Full time availability is required. 18yrs old or older is required. Please reply to this posting with your prior work history and work history references.

Responsibilities:
Taking drink and food orders at tables
Running food and drinks
Bartending
Closing cleaning duties
Juicing, bar prep, and station set up
Seating guests and bussing tables
Help with unloading and organizing liquor, beer, and wine deliveries
