Woburn based Property Management company is seeking a full-time residential building Maintenance Technician to be part of the team responsible for the upkeep and repair of our property in Beverly, MA. The ideal candidate will have prior building maintenance experience, a positive attitude, the ability to work alone or as part of a team and will be available for on-call work on nights and weekends as part of a scheduled rotation. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation to travel from site to site is required. Ability to complete and pass a pre-employment background check is required as condition of employment.
