Part-time job as sexton for a small church near Medford Square. Average of 6-7 hours per week over the year (fewer during the summer). Working hours flexible: Virtually any hours are OK as long as they do not conflict with users of the facilities.
Job includes:
vacuuming and mopping floors, taking out trash
cleaning two bathrooms
monitoring the heating system during the cold weather season; being able to process no-heat calls
mowing the lawn during the warm weather months
generally being alert for what might warrant further attention
Handyman skills a plus, as would be living reasonably close to the church.
$22 per hour. Can start immediately.
