We are a small and rapidly growing company looking for the right people to join our amazing team.
We give you the tools needed to be successful, including, training from our team of pros, hands on field training, weekly in-house training, and off site training at various locations around the country.
Start at the bottom and possibly work your way up based on performance.
You would start following the Tech and Installers around and helping them whenever needed. Carry tools, units, set up work space, set up ladders, ridge hooks if needed, inventory, yard cleaning, Wearhouse cleaning, and many other daily tasks. Depending on how things progress will determine how far you can advance within the company.
The employees we currently have, have been with the company for multiple years.
We require you to be at work at 6:00am daily, and typically finish up around 2-4pm depending on the day. Occasionally we are stuck working later and finish up when the job is completed. All depends on the day.
Plenty of Overtime October Thru April, weekends available those months as well.

Neat appearance
Must be able to work in the United States
Valid driver's license
Fluent in English
Clean Driving Record
No fear of heights, you will be on roofs
