Responsibilities
Travel to client sites to diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial kitchen, refrigeration, and ice machine equipment
Accurately document work orders and communicate service details with customers and dispatch.
Ensure timely and professional service while maintaining strong customer relationships
Uphold Valley Service’s standards of quality, reliability, and professionalism.
Qualifications
Mechanically inclined
3–5+ years of experience in commercial refrigeration or kitchen equipment repair preferred
Excellent communication and customer service abilities
Team player with a professional, proactive attitude.
EPA Certification is a plus (Type I & II or Universal)
Gas License also a plus for NH technicians
