Silver Clean Laundry is currently hiring dedicated and reliable Laundry Staff to join our team. We are looking for individuals who are energetic, punctual, and committed to excellent service and quality work.
Position: Laundry Technician (Wash, Dry, Fold)
Schedule:
Hours: Monday to Friday, 11:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Note: This schedule is not negotiable. Punctuality is critical.
Key Requirements:
Language: Must be able to read, write, and speak English fluently.
Legal Status: Must be legally eligible to work in the U.S. and successfully pass a background check.
Physical Demands: Must be agile, strong, and able to:
o Stand and move around the facility for the entire shift.
o Lift and carry laundry bags (up to 30 lbs).
Core Responsibilities:
Production: Perform all aspects of the Wash, Dry, and Fold process with high attention to detail (training provided).
Order Entry: Basic data entry and computer skills are required to input customer service requests and manage orders (training provided).
Customer Service:
o Provide basic customer assistance in person at the facility.
o Answer incoming phone calls and accurately process new service requests.
Facility Maintenance: Maintain the laundromat’s appearance and cleanliness at all times. This includes:
o Wiping down and cleaning washers and dryers.
o Sweeping, mopping, and removing trash.
o Cleaning up spills and stains to ensure a clean environment for all customers.
