We’re looking for a dependable, hardworking individual with fence panel building or related construction/landscaping experience to join our team.

What You’ll Do:
Follow detailed instructions from the Shop Foreman
Build and assemble fence panels with precision and care
Maintain a clean, organized work area
Safely operate hand and power tools
Perform heavy lifting and physical work (standing, kneeling, etc. for most of the shift)
Contribute to a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
What We’re Looking For:
Previous experience in construction, landscaping, or fence building preferred
Reliable transportation to and from the shop
Clean driving record (required)
Ability to learn quickly and work efficiently
Forklift experience a plus
Strong work ethic and commitment to quality craftsmanship
