Responsibilities: Work team to review, draft, negotiate and help strategize on NDAs related to complex corporate dealsPerform due diligence and draft deal documents for mergers and acquisitions Qualifications: Bar membership: Massachusetts JD: Required 2+ years experience handling NDAs and assisting with high-end corporate transactions either at an AM 200 firm or in a sophisticated legal department Must be able to efficiently multi-task and respond positively to changing needs Candidates should be comfortable working in a team environment with considerable communication among different offices and time zones Must have strong academic credentials Project Details:Temporary Project: 40+ hours per week, for 6+ months (strong temp-to-perm potential)Pay Rate: $65/hr Location: Boston, MA
