POSITION DESCRIPTION
Springwell is seeking supervisors to fill positions across the agency at our Waltham and Marlborough offices. The Supervisor will provide regular administrative and clinical supervision to a group of staff who are working in the State Home Care Program. These staff perform a variety of functions including making referrals for services, assessing an individual's needs, coordinating and monitoring services. The Supervisor is responsible for training staff, providing timely feedback on performance and ensuring services are provided in compliance with program regulations.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's Degree required.
Master's Degree in Social Work or related field preferred.
Minimum 2 years of experience in social services field.
Supervisory experience preferred.
Experience in the Home Care program or Senior Care Options program preferred.
A reliable vehicle, current driver's license and safe driving record required.
