Seeking administrative assistant/receptionist for small property management company. Real estate experience welcome but not required.
Applicant must be punctual, reliable and have a courteous and professional manner in person and over the phone. Desired candidate is detail-oriented and efficient, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Receiving and making telephone calls
Scheduling appointments with contractors
Managing monthly office calendar
Triaging and following up on tenant requests, including maintenance issues
Preparing leases
Organizing and filing paperwork
Organizing bills and conducting basic bookkeeping
Maintaining office organization
Restocking/ordering office supplies
Assisting with local errands
Part “Time (5 hours/day, finishing by early afternoon) Monday through Friday.
Additional hours Tuesday and Thursday afternoons are available for qualified, interested candidates.
Strong Command of Written & Spoken English Required
