Executive Assistant ? Premier Consulting Firm! (A1169315)Industry leading consulting firm is currently seeking an intelligent, creative, and confident Executive Assistant for their Boston office! In this role, you will be responsible for taking the lead on updating weekly status reports for clients; sitting in on client calls, and following up with necessary actions; and managing scheduling and calendar maintenance. Additionally, you will prepare client materials, as well as presentations; manage events; and participate in additional special projects as needed. The qualified Executive Assistant must have exceptional communication, problem solving, project management, and interpersonal skills; extensive skills using MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint; strong writing and grammar skills; and you must be a quick-learner, with a keen eye for accuracy, who can work independently as well as a member of a team.
