We are a fast-paced community service based business seeking an experienced Office Manager.
This is an excellent position for the right person.
Responsibilities Include:
Answering phones with large call volume.
Excellent phone manner and communication skills
Providing timely documentation on client accounts.
Timely follow-up with our clients, corporate office, program directors and additional locations.
Typing memos, letters, meeting minutes.
Creating mail merge documents.
Preparing and maintain bulk mailings
Preparing and maintaining marketing materials.
Researching data and resolve issues.
Creating and maintaining spreadsheets using Excel.
Maintaining office supplies and submit purchase orders.
Fax, file, copy scan.
Other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
Type at least 60 WPM.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
Strong customer service phone skills.
Professional calm demeanor. Able to handle difficult customers and complaints.
Superior verbal and written communication skills.
Can exercise good judgement across a variety of situations in a growing organization
Multi-task and shift priorities on short notice.
Proactive learner, problem solver and logical thinker.
Detail oriented, strong organizational skills, proven team player.
Bilingual a plus.
Experience:
College degree preferred with minimum of 3 years office management experience required.
