We are looking for hungry, focused, and motivated individuals to join our high producing rentals and sales team! Experienced agents are a plus but we will support new agents from the ground up with our custom training program and ongoing support. It is our job to help you succeed!

The ideal candidate must have the following skills:
Good communication, sociable, self-motivated, dependable, professional and honest.
Has a strong sense of urgency, but not at the expense of quality.
Able to multitask and work in a high paced environment
Must have vehicle and valid license
Must be able to work weekends
Have or quickly obtain a Massachusetts Real Estate Salesperson License
Responsibilities:
Advertise/market properties. Preview properties and take pictures/videos.
Speak directly with clients to learn about their housing needs.
Search for suitable options for clients and schedule showings.
Take clients on showings.
Send documents (applications, leases, offers, etc) to clients and assist clients in filling out correctly and quickly.
Drop off completed documents to landlords, buyers, or sellers.
Maintain and update listings of available properties.
Negotiate with landlords, clients, buyers, and sellers.
Job Types: Full-time for newer agents, Part-Time possible for experienced agents. New agents must be available for full time, it is the only way to succeed!
Compensation: Commission based. Expected yearly income $50,000-$250,000+/yr
