We are currently seeking a skilled Residential Maintenance Technician with type handy-man skills to join our Management Team.
The technician will provide prompt, skilled service to customers for a wide variety of needs related to high-end home maintenance contracts including:
Routine and emergency home maintenance and repairs;
Diagnose and solve problems related to systems, appliances, structures;
Kitchen up-fits, cabinet doors, drawer slides, specialty hinges;
Plumbing;
Provide exemplary customer service
Qualifications for this position include:
A thorough understanding of residential maintenance and home repair:
Moderate level of electrical, plumbing and HVAC knowledge;
Cosmetic / touch up painting skills;
Good verbal and written communication skills;
Professional appearance;
Must have a car and all basic tools
We offer part/full time
Compensation:20$/hour
