Seeking an independent contractor position to help us lease a growing portfolio of rental listings. We have 30+ listings ready to tenants to be placed.
You must have experience in rentals in Boston.
You will collect application, fees, rent payment, prepare and execute leases, conduct credit checks, do in person showings or video tours, field all inquires timely.
You will need to be available nights and weekends.
100% commission based with endless earning potential. Training is not paid. Must switch your license to our brokerage.
Housing could be negotiated as part of the position.
