Your Responsibilities

Maloney Properties is seeking a full-time Property Manager to oversee multiple properties. Waverley Woods, a 40 unit multi-family site in Belmont; 1060 Belmont Street, a 18 unit multi-family site in Watertown; and St. Joseph Hall, a 25 unit elderly and disabled site in Watertown. The portfolio will be expanding with an additional 48 units in the Spring of 2021. Responsibilities include marketing, leasing, recertifications, rent collections, tenant file compliance, and maintenance programs. Work hours are flexible within 7:00am to 7:00pm, Monday to Friday.

Your Qualifications

Experience must include strong communication skills, both verbal and written, and computer skills with MS Office. Experience with Project Based Section 8, HOME, and LIHTC programs is required. COS, C3P or equivalent preferred. Knowledge of Yardi is a plus. Must be able to travel between multiple sites. A valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle is required. Bi-lingual in English/Spanish is a plus.
