Responsibilities and Role:
- Outgoing calling and emailing (NO COLD CALLING)
- Documentation of activity
- Coordinating with Support Team on the back-end
- Need to work daily with MS Office
- Customer service for incoming calls and emails
- Working in a Team and Goal Driven Environment
Bi-lingual (Spanish) candidates needed! (NOT REQUIRED)
Shift times: Flexible shift times available! (Open 9AM-10PM Monday-Thursday and 9AM-5PM on Friday)
