We are a small internet retail company based out of Cambridge, MA looking to hire a full time customer service representative to start immediately
The role requires flexibility, strong computer and communication skills.

We sell furniture, artwork, room dividers, and décor pieces through our online store. Appreciation for Asian art and design is a plus. We have been in business since 1986, and are currently expanding our market.
BASICS:
- Hours are currently 9:00 AM-5:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
Some (paid) overtime might be necessary, but usually less than 2 hours for the week.
- We are within walking distance to the Alewife station.
- We will be looking for someone that lives in the immediate area where the commute will not become
an issue (please search the distance from your home to Fresh Pond and indicate if you are
within a 30 minute commute)
- Looking for someone who is interested in a long term tenure.
- Small office in a casual, relaxed and stress free environment.
- We receive incoming calls and emails for questions, orders, and other customer service related inquiries.
- Outgoing calls will only be to follow up on an order, or return a customer's call.
- We are looking for someone to fit in with our small customer service team.

QUALIFICATIONS/DESIRED SKILLS:
- 1-2 years previous experience in a customer service related environment.
- Previous internet retail or call center experience strongly preferred.
- Ability to multitask and punctuality is important.
- Able to start right away.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Kind and courteous demeanor.
- Strong computer skills are a must.
- No conflicting schedules please.
