December Thieves (www.decemberthieves.com) is an independently owned, four time in a row Best of Boston award-winning retail concept. We carry new-to-market apparel, jewelry, personal accessory and home decor brands from emerging US and international makers and designers.
We are a small knit, supportive team who prides itself on putting love into the customer experience. We are growing and are looking for reliable, creative, and customer service driven individuals to grow with us!
If you love fashion and design, have experience and a desire to style fashion and home products, and you have some great sales techniques we want to hear from you!
Please apply if you:
- Have 2-3 years retail sales experience, ideally in an independent, specialty boutique setting
- Can work solo shifts from open to close
- Have excellent sales, customer service and communication skills
- Can operate a POS system, or have the willingness to learn. Good computer skills are necessary.
- Are organized, reliable independent and motivated to learn.
- Can occasionally lift up to 40 pounds for stocking and receiving of merchandise
- Can multitask, be proactive and have exceptional attention to detail
