You must enjoy hands-on work, problem-solving, customer service, documenting and recording observations are not squeamish of animals, exploring little seen, dark areas, working on ladders and working outdoors.
Qualifications include:
-High school diploma
-Prior experience in customer service
-Strong communication skills
-Cheerful disposition
-"Handyman" skills
-Ability to lift 60 lbs or more
-Some knowledge of animal and plant biology
-Understand sustainability
-Genuine commitment to protecting environment and customers from toxins
-Comfort with ladders and hand tools
-Good navigational and driving skills
-A love for early morning hours
-Ability to follow protocol and communicate with team members
Additional bonus skills of college course work or degree, working with animals, plants and native wildlife, understanding IPM (Integrated Pest Management) and multi lingual are a plus

Compensation: $18 per hour as trainee and increases after successful training.
Clean driving record, driver's license/Background Check and Drug Testing Required.
