This entry-level program is typically a 6-12 month stepping stone to a high-potential

Primary Duties: Working closely with a team that meets on a daily basis and is given the
latest in technology to be able to scout residential neighborhoods for prospective
customers. These prospective customers could qualify for money-saving solar energy
packages which can include installation of the solar energy system free of charge. The
Solar Marketing and Sales Representative will introduce prospective customers to
Solar and work with them to set up informational appointments.
COMPENSATION
ï· W-2 Salary position including paid training, plus performance-
based commissions and monthly bonuses for performance above minimum
qualifications;
ï· Average income $50,000. Top producers make $90,000+
ï· 401(k) with employer contribution available;

RESPONSIBILITIES
ï· Generate qualified leads of homeowners interested in residential solar energy systems;
ï· Serve as a consultant and provide useful product knowledge to qualifying homeowners;
ï· Acquire, retain and constantly develop industry knowledge;
ï· Meet and exceed lead generation goals.
DESIRED EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS
ï· 1+ years of sales, customer service and/or consulting experience;
ï· Must have excellent communication and customer service skills;
ï· Must be self-driven & highly motivated;
ï· Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines and quotas;
ï· Must be flexible working weekend and evening hours;
ï· Ability to prioritize and multitask appropriately;
ï· Must have reliable transportation;
ï· Certain opportunities require a clean DMV record;
ï· Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check;
ï· Must have cell phone with data and internet;
ï· Applicants must be 18 years old or older; and,
ï· Bilingual abilities are a plus.
