Local, dynamic Final Expense Insurance Agency is searching for a full-time sales manager in the rapidly growing Greater Boston/Northern New England market.
REQUIREMENTS:
-Life insurance producers license and reliable transportation
-Relevant experience in Final Expense and/or Mortgage Protection Insurance Sales + Sales management
-Integrity, self-driven/motivated, positive attitude, strong work ethic
-Strong leadership qualities
-Sales manager will be responsible for training and supporting their subagents
-This is a producing sales manager position
COMPENSATION:
Competitive base + Commission + Override Commissions + Benefits + Renewals
Total compensation: $100K-$150K+ (1st year) with upward potential of $300K-$500K + renewals
