About Our Companies:

Serpone Innovations, LLC

Building A Coalition for the Revitalization of Cape Cod Real Estate

Serpone Innovations is pioneering the Real Estate Restoration Revolution on Cape Cod. To date, we've renovated, restored, and revitalized over one hundred properties. The climate of the current Cape Cod real estate market is such that there is a division between two types of properties (much like the political division between the entire country right now); higher-end or luxury real estate and run-down, distressed properties. So with little to no middle ground, how do the middle class afford decent housing on Cape Cod? Serpone Innovations has stepped up to fill this need; our efforts have created numerous opportunities for locals to buy well-designed, modern homes in a moderate to affordable price range. Presently, inventory in this price range is very limited, making it challenging for year-round residents to cultivate a career and own a home on Cape Cod. With each home we renovate, restore, and revitalize, solutions are created. These solutions create home ownership opportunities, neighborhood enhancements and property beautifications, as well as meshing old and new so that long-time residents and a maturing population can live beside young professionals and seasonal residents who also take great pride in their properties.

So how do we work with the community and housing assistance organizations to achieve a common goal, in making the Cape a better place to work, live, and own a home? It's easy. COLLABORATION. There has been no great monument constructed in a single-day. A coalition takes time, nurturing, and team-work to build. We must come together for the sake of improving the local market and the opportunities for growth in it, as well as to build the foundation for the staying power of the generations to come. We want the Cape to be a place for vacation and recreation but also for year-round living, raising a family, growing a business, developing talents, fostering a career, and much more. The mission of the coalition is to band together and to be of service in the Cape Cod housing community. Through charitable outreach and strategic alliances, we will give back, including the facilitation of renovations and beautifications in low-income neighborhoods and for specific families and individuals in need. We will continue to create opportunities for you, the members of this outstanding local community, to contribute generously donating time, talents, and/or other resources.

A CALL TO EXPANSION

The expansion we are referring to involves an expanded way of thinking, an openness to new ideas, and a different way of doing things; a way to bring new solutions to existing challenges. With foresight and vision anything is possible. The focus is not to fight the old ways, but to create change in a way that does not disturb or disrupt and rather preserves and beautifies. The time is now. Cape Cod is ready for transformation and we are proud to be pioneering this expansion.

Serpone Productions, LLC

Serpone Productions has a vision to enhance and revitalize the music and arts culture here on Cape Cod. Founders Brian Serpone and John Ippolito have been working to accomplish this goal by cultivating and promoting local, emerging talent that is so prevalent on the island and also by bringing legendary artists back to Cape Cod.

As the architects of the 2017 Hope Music Festival which brought four generations of music together for one night — both old and young — to raise money in the fight against the ongoing opioid crisis, we are looking forward to the 2020 Hope Music Festival which is guaranteed to be bigger, better and bolder than the last. Planning for this event has already begun. Last year there was a push to launch a 2019 HMF but due to time constraints and many other variables, it’s going to happen next year instead.

This summer and fall we are planning a number of boutique events including multiple dates for the Wequassett Summer Concert Series at the World-Class, Five-Star Chatham resort. The new face of Jazz, Grace Kelly and her ensemble will be taking the stage followed a week later by our dear friend, the legendary James Montgomery and his high energy blues fusion.

We will be promoting and presenting The Ridge Club 30th Anniversary Party at the home of Number 4 Bobby Orr showcasing an all-star lineup of Rock and Blues Legends including Short’y Billups along with Christine Ohlman, The Beehive Queen (Saturday Night Live) and Jeff Howell from Foghat as featured guests. The music of Boston and The Cars will highlight the evening with a song list from the bands playlist as Barry Goudreau, formerly of the band Boston brings his Engine Room group followed by Elliot Easton, founder and lead guitarist of Rock and Roll Hall of Famers — The Cars… And stay tuned for a Serpone Productions Woodstock revival in July!
