Erie Construction is expanding into the Boston market and in need of the best SALES MANAGER IN TRAINING! Someone who is noticeably bold, type "A", and especially dynamic. This person will have a solid history of impactful decision making and offers a results-oriented approach to leading, managing and directing others.
You bring the talent - our existing corporate structure of highly effective lead generation, sales methods, and management training will provide you with the platform you need to take your career to the next level.
Income Expectation: $125,000 - $200,000+
Requirements: Skills and Abilities
- Ability to effectively influence and persuade others
- Relocation required within 12-18 months
- College Education, BA/BS
- Management experience with proven track record of meeting objectives
- Ability to execute plans, strategies, and follow-through to completion
- Willingness to build, lead, mentor, and drive a successful sales team
- Ability to work evenings and weekends
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
- Oversee, collaborate and facilitate relationships with various department managers. ie: Installation, Marketing and on-site Administration
- Support Sales staff by continually coaching, motivating, and training
- Observe sales reps and give concise feedback for continuous improvement
- Leadership by example through successful selling habits and performance
