SALES EXECUTIVE FOR STAFFING SERVICES ORGANIZATION. (Start ASAP)

If you are a motivated Sales Superstar experienced in Recruiting within the temp side of the staffing business and looking for a great opportunity, your searches may be over. We are a small but growing contingency staffing firm looking to branch out into various areas/disciplines. We currently offer both permanent and temporary staffing services to our clients. We continue to be well known for providing quality placement solutions. In regards to our Temporary Staffing Division; we currently focus within the MANUFACTURING industry. We are looking to diversify and bring on an experienced Sales Executive who can help us build out the temp division to areas in addition to BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT. We are relatively open in regards to areas of focus for these verticals.
There is potential to build and manage your own support team depending upon success in building vertical.
Requirements
Ideal candidate will offer 5+ years of full desk recruiting experience with a focus on the temp side of the business. Candidate must be able to hit the ground running as far as client contacts and must bring a book of business to the table. Candidate must be aggressive and highly motivated. Candidate must be 100% comfortable and effective in managing both client and candidate relationships. Experience in cold calling is required. Strong attention to detail is essential. Strong communication and organizational skills are a must.
Responsibilities:
Manage the entire sales cycle
Cold-calling, generating new leads and prospecting accounts
Close customer contracts and generating new sales
Develop Salesforce automation tools to track progress and report goals
Educate customers about our business solutions
Analyze consumer needs and collaborate with team members to develop innovative customer solutions
Who you are:
0-1+ years sales account management experience
Bachelors Degree
Excellent verbal and written communication
Experience either working at a startup or has the ability to work in a dynamic environment
Excellent verbal communication skills
Tenacious
