The Senior Organic Search Analyst reports to the Director of Operations, SEO and is responsible for the day-to-day management of organic search marketing initiatives for an array of e-commerce stores. This role should be comfortable with all aspects of internet marketing and SEO. Day-to-day duties may include performing analysis, as well as creating comprehensive high-level SEO strategies based on sound research, our proprietary tools and the client's overall goals, consult on website changes (including UX) all while building rapport with e-commerce clients. You will be responsible for the execution of client recommendations. This can be a fully remote role or it can also be a hybrid role if you prefer.

Responsibilities:

• Consulting with clients on website strategy to drive organic search performance across all search engines

• Uncovering and resolving site issues impacting organic performance

• Defining cohesive and compelling strategies for achieving clients' SEO goals

• Managing the implementation of SEO recommendations

• Completing technical site health reports, keyword strategies and competitive analyses

• Analyzing data to develop A/B test ideas; working with our CRO team to launch these tests

• Communicating strategic visions to our clients (phone, email, in-person as needed)

• Reporting on the impact of your recommendations and how it ties to client goals

• Mentoring junior staff and answering questions about tools and best practices

• Remain up to date on industry changes

• Review top pages on the website and work with the creative team to optimize keywords and content.

• Develop keyword matrix highlighting opportunities and strategies.

• Complete a competitor analysis to determine strategies for improving rank through on-page optimization.

• Filling websites and other content with effective keywords

Requirements

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree preferred

• 3-4 years' experience of creating and executing SEO strategy for websites

• Proficiency with standard SEO tools (SEM Rush, Bright Edge, AHREFS, etc.)

• Proficiency with Google Tools including Google Analytics certification, Google Search Console, and Google Tag Manager

• Experience in e-commerce preferred

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Willingness to roll up your sleeves, simultaneously tackle multiple projects and challenges

• Strong creative thinking and problem resolution skills that will drive client value

• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and individually to drive results

• Experience in conversion rate optimization (CRO) and A/B testing a plus

• Video Conferencing experience
