Because most of our work is insurance related, we require our subcontractors to carry:
Commercial General Liability Insurance as follows:
$1,000,000 each occurrence
$2,000,000 general aggregate per project
$1,000,000 products/completed operation aggregate
$1,000,000 personal and advertising injury
Business Automobile Liability as follows:
$1,000,000 combined single limit
OR
$1,000,000 bodily injury each person
$1,000,000 bodily injury each occurrence
$500,000 property damage per accident
