Job Summary -

Job Requirements:
Minimum 5 years experience -
Ability to work 40 hours a week and occasional overtime -
A valid drivers license and reliable transportation -
Ability to work individually and with a team -
Complete a background check / drug test -
Extremely reliable and prompt -
Ability to lift up to 80 lbs.
Own basic hand tools - Required
Preferred Skills:
Experience with all aspects of residential construction including, framing, siding, interior and exterior trim work and
Ability to supervise a crew
Adept at problem solving and troubleshooting
Strong communication skills with clients and subcontractors
