I am looking for a solid right hand man to aid in the completion of interior and exterior painting projects I have lined up for this spring, summer, fall and possibly winter.
Job includes executing all facets of residential painting correctly and efficiently. I.E. Pressure washing, proper prep work, airless spraying (if you have experience), neatly painting trim and safely moving ladders. Work will be a mix of exterior and interior with a focus on cabinet refinishing.
I am a small operation, but my customer base expects impeccable work and I will expect the same whomever is on the job site. Applicant should like the idea of working side by side each day where I am a hands-on boss.
Applicant must have own transportation, positive attitude, pass a background check, be substance free and be ready and willing to work full-time or part-time including some Saturdays.
Experience dictates pay, but will be willing to train the right person.
12 - 22 h/r plus 5% monthly production bonus
Bi- Weekly Payroll with time and a half paid once we exceed 80 hours for the bi-weekly payroll
