LOOKING TO CONDUCT INTERVIEWS IMMEDIATELY

You MUST be able to:
+Pass a criminal background check
+Provide 2 professional references
+Run a crew(3/4 people)
+Speak to the customer professionally at all times
+Be able to pickup 150lbs multiple times
+Be able to drive 20' and 24' box trucks
+Desire to learn, and always improve
+Punctual and dependable
+Ability to work on your feet for extended periods of time
+Work flexible schedules
+Good communication and personal skills
+Ability to maintain a professional attitude and appearance
+Dependable vehicle or the ability to reach our office in the Medford area
+Have a strong work ethic
Again, we ask a lot from our guys but the pay will reflect your hard work.

Expected hours -
Winter(December - February)
20hrs/week on average
Spring(March - May)
30+hrs/week on average
Summer(June - August)
35-50hrs/week on average
Fall(September - November)
30-40hrs per week on average
WE DO SNOW REMOVAL WHICH PAYS $25/HR AND HELPS THE WEEKLY AVERAGE IN THE WINTER
We are looking for qualified applicants to start immediately.
For drivers there is some work-related travel as we complete moves across the country. We also only promote from within, and in the near future will be looking to recruit for management positions locally in Boston, and also expanding throughout the country. Movers can move up to lead position in as little as 1-2 months.
Due to a large number of no-show interviews, we now report all missed interviews to the MA state unemployment office. Please do not schedule an interview if you do not plan on coming.
