Role: SVP - Web Development Location: Boston, MA Salary: $200,000 - $220,000 DOE + Excellent Benefits
Well renowned in the US and globally, this business boasts a $600M turnover and 30+ offices worldwide which service their large customer base. They have a new, exciting opening for a Senior Vice President of Web Development to be based out of their Boston headquarters.
They need someone who has previous experience leading, mentoring, and building a team of web/front-end developers. As the SVP, you will be responsible for their personal and technical development, whilst owning this company's web solutions architecture and processes.
This will be a busy, fast paced role with a lot of freedom to implement your own ideas, ultimately, helping the team and its operations succeed.
Key Duties: Reviewing, improving, and managing the strategy and execution of Web Development and Operation efforts Holding responsibility for Web, API, Infrastructure and Cloud Services Managing, building, mentoring, and motivating an agile team of 12 developers (in person for US and remotely for overseas) Reviewing existing processes and practices and implementing new ones to improve efficiency Managing and delivering key projects
Experience they are looking for: Full-stack software architecture and front-end (web and mobile) development experience C#, ASP.NET, MVC, WCF/REST jQuery, AngularJS, CSS SQL, MongoDB, Sitecore Cloud/DevOps - Azure, CI/CD Scrum Master Certification desirable 5+ Years' experience leading a team of developers Strategy and process review; improvement and implementation of new ideas
