Minimum of 3-5 years server support, preferably Windows 2008, 2012, 2016, 2019
Expert level experience with IIS
Expert level experience with task orchestration tools like windows task scheduler, Azure logic Apps
Advanced understanding of application architectures
Expert level experience with application debugging
DESIRED (Preferred) SKILLS:
Prior coding experience would be beneficial but not required
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Deployment and sustenance of web and batch applications in traditional on-prem infrastructure and in cloud
Manage non-production environments
Collaborate with monitoring services to configure alerts
Respond to alerts and mitigate service impact in accordance with standard operating procedures
Provide L2 & L3 support to customer reported issues by working closely with application development teams and vendors
Assist with change and incident management processes
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain operational documentation (architecture, design, operations, logging, monitoring)
